Configure BSNL broadband in command line.
Configuring BSNL broadband in REDHAT Enterprise Linux:
Goto terminal
1.Type as adsl-setup and press enter.
2.It will prompt for username.
3.Enter the user name for which you want to configure broadband.
4.It will ask for ethernet interface number.
5.Just enter 0(zero) and press enter.
6.For next question answer ‘no’.
7.Then answer next two questions with no and yes respectively.
8.Finally will ask for IP address.In that enter primary DNS as 61.1.96.69 and secondary DNS as 61.1.96.71
9.Thats your finished….Have fun….
Note:Sometimes it may not connect automatically so at that time you need to
goto SystemSettings–>network and press activate.
